We had such a great experience with Ongeri Expeditions for our Kenya safari and I'm really glad we chose them. Cazeah scheduled a short virtual call to go over the full itinerary and answer our questions — it made a huge difference. It is reassuring to actually talk things through before such a big trip, and I think more tour operators should do that.

The safari itself was incredible. The lodge and private reserve she chose for us in the Masai Mara were top notch. Everything went smoothly, including the bush flight she arranged. She even surprised us with a gifted bush dinner at the lodge to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was such a thoughtful and special touch.

The biggest test came on the day we were leaving. There was a massive strike at JKIA that completely disrupted flights across Kenya. Cazeah stayed in touch with me on WhatsApp the entire time, checking in and asking for updates until we finally boarded. That level of support meant a lot. We will absolutely use them again when we are back in East Africa.

We hadn't just visited a country — we had experienced it.

My girlfriend and I recently finished our challenging 4-day trip in Uganda. When we arrived in Entebbe, the Ongeri Expeditions team welcomed us very warmly. Our stay at Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp balanced comfort and wilderness perfectly. Our guide was fantastic and very punctual, and always inspired us patiently. Canvas walls, forest sounds at night, and staff who treated us like family.

The gorilla trek was physically demanding, yes — mud, slopes, sweat — but emotionally grounding. Returning to Entebbe for departure, we realised that we hadn't just visited a country. We had started the journey slowly enough so that we could truly experience it.

To crown it all, Ongeri Expeditions arranged airport lounge access before my departure. Relaxing with a glass of champagne and reflecting on the trip was the perfect way to end the journey. Ongeri Expeditions truly redefines what luxury travel in Africa should feel like.

He organised our trip to Uganda to go gorilla trekking and then on to Kenya for safari in three different and distinct areas. Everything was taken care of. Great company to use to arrange your luxury or standard safari in Kenya. We booked through them, and at first we were a bit reluctant — but June, our agent, was amazing. I can't find words to thank her enough for being so genuine, happy, and responsive.

The service was great, the communication was very good, and during our stay she was very responsive and guided us with anything we needed. We even booked a holiday extension when in Kenya to Swahili Beach, and they arranged all flights and made the whole experience seamless.

The most pleasant and wonderful interaction — from quote to trip.

I found Ongeri through a YouTube video and have had the most pleasant and wonderful time interacting with them. From getting a quote to having an amazing trip in Kenya, they have been very helpful. I was dealing specifically with Cazeah from the organisation. She was responsive and made suggestions that suited our liking. This was a special honeymoon trip and Ongeri helped us enjoy it by making sure all the logistics were taken care of.

The driver we spent most of our time with and was our safari guide was Patrick. He was on time every day, dedicated, and very knowledgeable. We felt very safe with Patrick — he was good-natured and very dependable. We are very pleased with our experience and highly suggest others book their safaris with Ongeri.

Ongeri Expeditions organised for our family of four from London a bespoke safari trip to the Masai Mara. From the very beginning they were extremely attentive, flexible, and able to accommodate everything we wanted.

The trip itself was simply out of this world. The organisation was exceptional to the finest details, and we were able to experience the beauty and splendour of the game reserve whilst staying in the incredible Sanctuary Olonana lodge. Some of the flights I had booked myself did not go smoothly, but Abner took care of booking road transfers to get us to our first camp near Amboseli without delay. We packed a lot into 7 days — Amboseli, Masai Mara, and Diani Beach. We just loved every minute of it.
