You are met at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred privately to Hemingways Nairobi for the night.
Transfer to Wilson Airport for a 45-minute flight to Kichwa Tembo airstrip, then a 15-minute drive to Sanctuary Olonana. Four nights on the Mara River with morning and evening game drives, walking safaris, Maasai cultural visits, and bush dinners. The Migration river crossings are a short drive from camp between July and October; year-round Big Five sightings are excellent.
A final morning game drive and breakfast, then fly to Nairobi. Day-room access at Hemingways for a freshen-up, and transfer to JKIA for your evening flight to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport in Mauritius. On arrival you are met landside and transferred (about 75 minutes) to One&Only Le Saint Géran at Belle Mare on the island's east coast.
Days unfold around the resort's private peninsula. Snorkel and kitesurf in the lagoon, play the nine-hole golf course, take a kayak through the nearby mangroves, or charter the resort's 55-foot boat for a deep-sea fishing day in search of marlin and giant trevally. The Guerlain Spa is the only one of its kind on the island. Dinners rotate between the resort's restaurants — Tapasake for over-water Japanese, PRIME for steak, La Pointe for fresh seafood, and Le Badamier for relaxed beach lunches.

Originally Sanctuary Retreats' first camp when it opened in 1999, the lodge has been rebuilt as a pared-down contemporary essay in design, softened by local woods and stone, homespun textiles, and African art.
Fourteen glass-sided suites — three with an extra bedroom for families — feature plush king-sized beds, overhead fans, and indulgent daybeds on the deck. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fold open onto Mara River views. Bathrooms are slate and marble, with tubs, rain showers, and double vanities.
