This is the journey we plan for the friends and family of our team — Kenya's three most distinctive ecosystems, each represented by a property that reflects how we believe the country should be experienced. No filler, no compromise, and the kind of pacing that lets each landscape settle in before the next one arrives.
Begin in Karen at Hemingways Nairobi, then fly north to the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in the foothills of Mount Kenya. Two nights at Kifaru House — exclusive use across just five intimate cottages, with the largest population of black rhino in East Africa walking the plains below your veranda. From Lewa, fly south-west to the Mara for three nights at &Beyond Bateleur Camp, set in a private concession on the edge of the Mara Triangle. Conclude with two nights in Amboseli at Kitirua Plains Lodge, with Mount Kilimanjaro framing every photograph and elephant herds passing within metres of camp.

Light-aircraft flight to the Mara, where &Beyond Bateleur Camp sits in a private concession beside the Mara Triangle. Three nights of game drives, walking safaris, bush breakfasts, and the famously high standard of guiding that &Beyond is known for. Optional sunrise balloon flight with bush breakfast on one of the mornings — strongly recommended.
Fly to Amboseli's Kitirua airstrip. Two nights at Kitirua Plains Lodge — an intimate property on a private conservancy bordering Amboseli National Park, with sweeping views of Kilimanjaro and exceptional elephant viewing. The conservancy setting allows for walking safaris, night drives, and off-road game viewing not permitted in the main park.
Morning game drive, then fly to Wilson Airport and transfer to JKIA for your onward international flight.

Set between Nairobi National Park and the foot of the Ngong Hills, Hemingways is an exclusive boutique hotel with full butler service, a brasserie, and Karen's most tranquil gardens. Each suite features walk-in dressing rooms, Italian-marbled bathrooms, and terraces with views of the Ngong Hills.

Kifaru House is a classic colonial-style lodge set on the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy — a 62,000-acre private conservancy in the foothills of Mount Kenya that hosts one of East Africa's largest black rhino populations, alongside the rare Grévy's zebra and a healthy elephant population. Five intimate cottages, often booked on an exclusive-use basis, with sweeping views across the conservancy plains.
&Beyond Bateleur Camp sits in a private concession on the edge of the Mara Triangle, with two intimate sister camps (North and South) of nine tents each. Inspired by the 1920s safari era, the camp combines colonial-era elegance — Persian rugs, brass fittings, leather steamer trunks — with contemporary comfort. The location offers exceptional access to the Triangle's wildlife with very low vehicle density.
Set on the Kitirua Conservancy bordering Amboseli National Park, the lodge offers intimate accommodation with cinematic views of Kilimanjaro across the plains. The conservancy setting allows for walking safaris, night drives, and off-road game viewing — activities not permitted within Amboseli National Park itself. Elephant herds frequent the area, making it one of the finest places in Kenya for elephant photography.
